At Skinspirations, we strive to provide exceptional care and personalized services to all our clients. In order to maintain the highest level of service, we have implemented a No Show Policy. This policy is in place to ensure that our resources and time are optimized, and appointments are available for all our valued clients.
Appointment Confirmation: We kindly request all clients confirm their appointments at least 24 hours before. This allows us to make any necessary adjustments to our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the vacant slot to another client who may be on our waiting list.
No Show/Late Arrival: If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. In such cases, we may not be able to accommodate the full duration of the originally scheduled appointment. However, we will make every effort to accommodate you within the remaining available time or reschedule your appointment for another suitable time.
Rebooking:
- Rebooking must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. You may rebook through the Website, SMS, and Facebook page.
- We only allow rebooking once. You may rebook your appointment for not more than 30 days.
Grace Period: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing a delay in your arrival. Therefore, we offer a grace period of 15 minutes. If you arrive within this grace period, we will make every effort to accommodate your appointment. However, please note that the duration of your appointment may be adjusted to ensure that other clients are not inconvenienced.
We understand that emergencies can occur, and we are willing to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our clinic as soon as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment or anticipate being late.
