Policies for Your Protection

At  Skinspirations, we strive to provide exceptional care and personalized services to all our clients. In order to maintain the highest level of service, we have implemented a No Show Policy. This policy is in place to ensure that our resources and time are optimized, and appointments are available for all our valued clients.

Appointment Confirmation: We kindly request all clients confirm their appointments at least 24 hours before. This allows us to make any necessary adjustments to our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Cancellation/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the vacant slot to another client who may be on our waiting list.

No Show/Late Arrival: If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. In such cases, we may not be able to accommodate the full duration of the originally scheduled appointment. However, we will make every effort to accommodate you within the remaining available time or reschedule your appointment for another suitable time.

 

Rebooking: 

  1. Rebooking must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. You may rebook through the Website, SMS, and Facebook page. 
  2. We only allow rebooking once. You may rebook your appointment for not more than 30 days.

 

Grace Period: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing a delay in your arrival. Therefore, we offer a grace period of 15 minutes. If you arrive within this grace period, we will make every effort to accommodate your appointment. However, please note that the duration of your appointment may be adjusted to ensure that other clients are not inconvenienced.

We understand that emergencies can occur, and we are willing to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our clinic as soon as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment or anticipate being late.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our No Show Policy. By doing so, you help us provide the best possible service to all our clients.

At Skinspirations, we are committed to providing excellent care and achieving optimal results for our clients who undergo non-surgical procedures. 

We will process refunds exclusively in cases of medical necessity. Should an unfavorable reaction occur within 7 days, validated by our dermatologist and supported by payment evidence, a refund will be arranged.

Initial Consultation:

  1. We encourage all clients to undergo an initial consultation to discuss their concerns, treatment options, expected outcomes, and potential risks.
  2. During the consultation, our experienced medical professionals will provide a thorough assessment, answer any questions, and set realistic expectations for the procedure.

 

Informed Consent:

  1. Before any non-surgical procedure, clients are required to provide informed consent, indicating their understanding of the treatment, potential risks, expected outcomes, and any limitations.
  2. By giving informed consent, clients acknowledge that individual results may vary, and refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances as outlined in this policy.

 

Requesting a Refund:

  1. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our clinic within 7 days after the procedure to discuss your concerns with our staff.
  2. We may request supporting documentation, such as photographs and medical records upon validation by our dermatologist to assist in the evaluation of your refund request.

 

Refund Processing:

  1. Our clinic’s management will carefully review all refund requests.
  2. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 30 banking days from the date of approval.
  3. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the procedure.

 

Please note that refunds will not be provided for subjective factors such as personal preferences or dissatisfaction with natural variations in individual treatment responses. Refunds will only be considered in cases where there is a clear failure to deliver the agreed-upon services or a significant deviation from the expected outcomes.
